I'm not going to lie, this is a tricky challenge! This week you need to acquire a new kitchen skill. That's purposefully vague!
It could be anything from poaching an egg, trying a new recipe, turning a tomato into a rose, really whatever you want. You'll probably need to ask someone else in your household to teach you or use a YouTube tutorial.
This one has an extended timelimit so you have until NEXT MONDAY to send me a photo or video with an explanation of your mad skills.
